Gentle Pilates meets on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:30 am. Cost is $20 for the month or $6 per session.
This class is open to the community and all are welcome.
Pilates provides exercises that improve flexibility while lengthening, strengthening and balancing the body through focused breath and controlled movements. For this class, participants should be able to get up and down from the floor.
Wear flexible, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga or Pilates mat, if you have one. If not, something similar with padding the length of your body could work, such as a rug or folded blanket. A hand towel would be helpful.
Our instructor is Gini Kreitzer. She is certified in Mat 1 Pilates from Balanced Body and has taught Gentle Pilates for 2+ years at the Oconomowoc YMCA. She is excited to show participants how Pilates can help improve mind, body and spirit!
