This class is open to the public and all are welcome. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor.
Wear flexible, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga or Pilates mat if you have one. If not, something similar with padding the length of your body could work, such as a rug or folded blanket. Also bring a hand towel and small weights – soup cans work well.
Our instructor is Gini Kreitzer. She is certified in Mat 1 Pilates from Balanced Body.
